“Content” refers to camp listings, user profiles, and other information on the Service.

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or have parental consent)
  • One person or organization per account

Account Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from your dashboard
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately

User Content & Conduct

Content You Submit

  • You retain ownership of content you submit (camp listings, profiles, etc.)
  • You grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Service
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit
  • You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:
  • Submit spam or unauthorized advertising
  • Scrape or copy our database without permission
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Memberships & Payments

Membership Plans

  • Free, Monthly, and Annual memberships available
  • Pricing displayed at time of purchase
  • Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled

Billing

  • Payment methods are charged immediately upon purchase
  • Recurring charges occur automatically on renewal date
  • You will receive reminder email 7 days before renewal
  • All prices are in USD

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
  • No refunds for partial months/years (access continues until end of billing period)
  • 30-day money-back guarantee for new memberships
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for abuse

Camp Listings

Listing Approval

  • All submitted camps are reviewed before going live
  • We reserve the right to reject any listing
  • Approval typically within 24 hours

Listing Accuracy

  • Coaches are responsible for keeping camp information accurate and current
  • Update listings immediately if details change
  • We are not responsible for inaccurate information submitted by users

Sponsored Listings

  • Paid sponsored placements available
  • Clearly marked as “Sponsored”
  • Subject to availability

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of user-submitted content
  • That camps listed will occur as scheduled
  • Any specific results from using the Service

Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Camps that are cancelled or misrepresented
  • Actions of other users
  • Technical failures or data loss
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you submit
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

Intellectual Property

Our Property

  • The Service, including design, code, and content we create, is owned by us
  • Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

Your Property

  • You retain ownership of content you submit
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content on the Service
